We wanted to take a second to formally introduce you all to our new Director of Restaurant Operations, Tim Wheeler.
Tim is a long-time Yardley resident, and was most recently the owner of Red House, a local restaurant in the heart of the borough. He received his culinary training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Tim has worked at some of New York’s finest restaurants including Frauces Tavern, The Pod and One CPS (Central Park South). Tim is originally from Long Island, NY and resides in Yardley with his
wife Maura and three children, Kaleigh, Liam and Dylan, and has been very active in the LMT community as a coach for multiple sports.
In his role, Tim will not only lead restaurant operations, but help innovate our food offering, bringing a fresh perspective to the menus at Vault, Taproom and Pretty Bird. We’re crazy excited to welcome Tim to our team and look forward to his delicious contributions.
