First course

Goat Cheese, toasted spiced pecans, dried cranberries, Asian pear, and black currant vinaigrette

Cinnamon raisin bread, fresh whip cream, fruit, and creamed maple
Green Eggs and Ham
Poached egg, roasted asparagus, breakfast potato, prosciutto, and pesto hollandaise
Crabby Eggs
Crab cakes with a poached egg topped with hollandaise, roasted asparagus and breakfast potato
Ham and Brie Panini
Brown sugar roasted ham, brie, arugula fig jam, cinnamon raisin French toast, and fruit
Dessert
Russian Imperial Custard
