Vault Brewing: Sweet Potato Ale Returns!

I'm writing to let you know that we are releasing our Sweet Potato Ale for this season on Tuesday, September 16th. The beer will remain on tap until Thanksgiving.
To celebrate, we're throwing a Sweet Potato Feast on your way on Tuesday with a 3-course meal consisting of lots and lots of our favorite ingredient. Here's what's in store:
Spiced Sweet Potato Soup
...with ginger, lemongrass, fried shallot, creme freche
Autumn Harvest Flatbread
...roasted sweet potato/ricotta base, bacon, fennel, sage, caramelized onion, garlic, spinach
Bread Pudding with Sweet Potato Custard
...and chocolate/orange creme anglaise
We recommend pairing each course with a full pint of Sweet Potato Ale.
