Every Sunday, we release 50 bottles of beer as part of our Brewer's Library Series.

Next up is Simarillo IPA for tomorrow's release.

Hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo (see what we did there?), this is a rounded and balanced IPA that is hop forward in aroma and flavor and maintains a medium body and dry finish that's quite appropriate for summer. 

Each bottle is hand labeled so no two bottles are the same.

This program is designed to give you the opportunity to pick up various styles of beer in bottle form, versus normally being limited to pints and growler fills. Bottles may be retired beers, recently kicked beers, or beers still on tap. The styles of upcoming releases will be revealed the week prior on our website and Facebook.

If you are interested in getting some Vault beer in 22oz bottle form, stop by any Sunday at noon. We'll only have 50 bottles every week for now. Hopefully we can release more bottles per week in the future, but we're taking it one step at a time.
