We blended a barrel-soured porter with a stainless-aged Red Saison to create a funky beer that's tart and fruity with notes of red raspberry, dark chocolate, tannin, and oak.
This is one of our most unique
T&E to date. Only 15 gallons exist and we can't make more anytime soon.
